End of Year Concert
Tonight is the big night!
The venue is the Capri Cinema on Goodwood
Road, Goodwood.
Starting time is 7.00pm and finishing time will be approximately
9.00pm.
Students need to arrive at the hall between 6.30pm and
6.45pm
and move straight to their teacher in their seating area.
Remember to bring your tickets on the night.
We are sure that
this will be a wonderful event and are looking forward to seeing you
tonight!

Christmas Giving Tree
Thank you to everyone who donated to the Christmas Giving Tree.
The local Lions Club will be collecting our donations today and
will distribute the goods to families in need in our local community.
Reports and Class Placements
The end of year reports and notification of next year’s classes will be sent home on Wednesday 11 December. We will have a transition visit to the new classes during that day where the students will get to know their classmates and hopefully their new teacher. We still have a number of classes where a teacher is yet to be placed and that may not be known until the students return in 2020.

Results of Poll for 2020 Material and Service Charges
Earlier this term all of our families were posted information and voting slips about making the 2020 Materials & Services Charge legally recoverable. Thank you to the families who returned their votes. The result was 99% in favour of making our 2020 Materials & Services charge of $363 fully legally recoverable.
Invoices for 2020 will be sent home early next year.

Lost Property
We have a mountain of unnamed lost property items, again. A big thank you to Martine for all her help throughout the year with sorting and stacking all our lost items. From Monday 9 December, there will be a table outside the office for you to check through the collection for any items that might belong to your family. All items remaining at the end of term will be donated or disposed of.
2020 School Sports Registration
Registrations are now open for 2020 School Sports. Follow the links from the EHPS website or click the link below:

You can now register for all 4 terms of sport! Please keep your confirmation email with an edit link in case you need to change your selections.
**Important**
We need volunteers!! We needs sports coordinators, coaches and team managers. If we don't find volunteers for these positions, then the sport cannot be offered, and the children miss out. Volunteers need a ‘Working with Children Check’ which can be organised through the school in the new year.
Registrations close Friday 13 December 2019.
